A Smart Folder, also known as a saved search or a search folder, is a virtual folder in Outlook 2016 for Mac that dynamically displays a set of search results. A search can be saved as a Smart Folder so that you can use the same search criteria later without having to manually re-create the advanced search. In previous posts of mine, I mentioned about the Search Options, the Search Tools Tab in Outlook365 and Indexing. In this post I will describe how to Create a Search Folder in Outlook365 based on certain criteria. All you need to do is to continue reading below.
We must select the Folder tab and then from the left area of the ribbon named New, we select the command New Search Folder as shown in the image below. Picture instruments color cone standalone pro 2 0 10 crack.
Once the New Search Folder command is selected, the New Search Folder dialog box appears as shown in the image below. This dialog box offers us some predefined SearchFolders Quickbooks 2015 16 0 4. , where all we have to do is to select one. This dialog box is separated with the following categories of predefined SearchFolders and which are the following:
Reading Mail:

In the image below, we notice at the end of our Folders in our Inbox, the SearchFolders category, where the UnreadMailSearchFolder has been created. In this SearchFolder, all our UnreadMessages will be displayed.
If we want to delete the predefined SearchFolder, which we created, all we need to do is to select it and do a right click on it with our mouse. The shortcut cut menu will appear, where we just need to select the DeleteFolder command as shown in the image below. A warning dialog box will appear, notifying us that the Folder that we created will be deleted and not the contents of the Folder.
If we need to customize the SearchFolder that we have created, all we need to do is to select it and do a right click on it, and from the shortcut menu that will appear we select the command Customize The SearchFolder as shown below. Straight away the CustomizeSearchFolder will appear, where we can customize the following commands.
Whatever changes we do, we just have to click on the OK button so they can take place.
All the above commands along with others, can be done also from the Folder tab, and from the area of the ribbon named Folder as shown in the image below.

In Outlook, when you create a new contact folder in your Contacts Pane, this new folder will be added to the address book automatically by default. But sometimes, when you open your address book, you may notice that some contact folders which display in the Contacts Navigation Pane are not showing in the Address Book. See screenshot:
This may cause inconvenience for you to choose contacts which are included in this contact folder. In this tutorial, we will show you how to show a contact folder as address book in Outlook in details.
For showing a contact folder as address book in Outlook, please do as follows.
1. Shift to the Contacts or People view.
2. Select and right click the contact folder which does not show in the address book. Click Properties in the right-clicking menu. See screenshot:
3. In the Properties dialog box, you need to:
1). Click the Outlook Address Book tab;
2). Check the Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book Name of the address book box; Macos server 5 9 0.
3). Click the OK button.
Then you can see the contact folder is showing as an address book in the Address Book dialog box. See screenshot:
